KitchenAid appliances include a double oven and warming tray, 5 burner induction cooktop with stainless steel ceramic cookware, large refrigerator with indoor ice/water, dishwasher and all the small appliances you need. A butler's pantry leads to a work nook with a desk.

The ground floor features expansive views of the grounds and marsh with swinging benches, seating areas, a serving counter with a refrigerator and deep freezer, and a charcoal grill. Onsite you'll find kayaks with seats and life jackets, bikes and helmets, a marsh-side firepit, and plenty of yard to play and view nature.

Centrally located, we are a great base for exploring the Golden Isles. We are the closest accommodations and within view of the Sapelo Island dock and ferry.
